Seven short steps capture enough context for a senior engineer to assess your materials question and scope the next conversation.

Step 1 — What kind of help do you need?

Is a dispute, insurance claim or liability involved? Then you need a forensic investigation — the same engineering, run so the findings survive challenge by the other side. Use the forensic investigation request instead of this form, because we have to run a conflict check before we can look at anything.

Step 2 — Describe the problem

Plain words are fine. Do not include passwords, identity documents, payment-card details or information unrelated to the engineering question.

No files are accepted through this public form. Describe what you have without attaching it. After a senior engineer reviews the enquiry, MTIS will agree an appropriate transfer route for relevant material.
